    Taken

    Detaken kunnen omvatten, maar zijn niet beperkt tot:
    • Incidentmanagement &
    • Ondersteuningbieden aan externe locaties in en rond de
    • Ondersteuningop afroep na sluitingstijd voor gevraagde
    • Ondersteuningbieden aan andere support teams indien
    • Deelnemenaan operationele vergaderingen indien
    • LAN enVoiceMACD
    • Onderhoudenen bijwerken van bestaande;
    • Problemenoplossen en indien nodig systeemverbindingenrepareren
    • Communicerenmet HP engineers over capaciteit van netwerkapparatuur, zodatnoodzakelijke bekabeling en hardware wijzigingen kunnen wordenaangebracht om de beschikbaarheid van poorten te
    • Assembleeren installeer schakelapparatuur onder leiding van netwerk
    • Onderhoudenvan switch informatie: naamgeving en patching volgensstandaarden
    • Installerenvan netwerkkaarten indien nodig op switches en switchinghubs
    • Allenetwerkhardware monteren en labelen met het juiste IP-adres ensysteemnaam
    • Waarnodig een inventaris bijhouden van reserveapparatuur,bedrijfsbenodigdheden en Dit omvat het maken en/of bijhouden vanspreadsheets en/of andere documentatie betreffende devoorraadniveaus
    • Nauwkeurigedocumentatie opstellen enbijhouden
    • Vertegenwoordigingsturen naar passende platformvergaderingen en andere vergaderingendie van invloed zijn op de ondersteundedienst
    • HardwareDepot/ Hardware Recovery Centreondersteuning
    • Beheervan
    • Bestellenvan onderdelen en
    • Beheer vanverzending en
    • Leveringvan verificatiehardware zoals actieve kaarten, Active Keys ensmartcardlezers voor gebruikers die interne systemen van HP
    • Nieuwe PCsetup, installatie, re-image en eindgebruiker data
    • Systeemsoftware& hardware ondersteuning in


    Requirements

    Profiel

    • Jebeschikt over een Bachelor diploma in een technische richting ofhebt een zelfde niveau verworven doorervaring
    • Vannature ben je een problem solver, je bent kritisch ingesteld enbijt je graag vast in problemen, gedreven om de oplossing tevinden
    • Deklant staat bij jou steeds centraal en klantvriendelijkheid draagje hoog in hetvaandel
    • Eensociale en positieve ingesteldheid vind jevanzelfsprekend
    • Stressbestendigheiden een flexibele ingesteldheid maken onderdeel uit van jekernkwaliteiten
