Workingclosely with the regions sales, country, and relationship managers,the Acquiring Processing Pre-Sales Manager is responsible forsupporting the sales of Acquiring Processing Solutions and Productsacross Southern Africa and Portuguese-speaking The role isclient-facing, relying on product and technical knowledge toprovide solution-oriented advice that will ultimately lead to asale and the establishment of a processing

Key tosuccess in this role will also be establishing a workingrelationship with the greater group of companies to ensurealignment of solutions and strategy is achieved in the acquirerprocessing Furthermore, the role will also be critical in providingexpertise to cross-sell and upsell products to existing The rightcandidate will ensure that the company provides the right solutionsto its clients by working to understand and validate client needswhile leveraging the company s arsenal of solutions and services tobuild viable propositions for potential

Requirements

Yourdaily adventuresinclude:

Providingsubject matter expertise to support sales efforts but also tosupport clients as they grow and develop their AcquiringBusiness

Beingthe voice of the customer to drive the development of theAcquiring-Processing Product set, including the continual evolutionof the customer proposition and development of the Go-To-Marketplans, including filtering trends, pains, and growing demand backinto Network Product teams andsales

Workingin partnership with the N-Advisors function to build out theAcquiring-Processing offer and lead the roll-out of the propositionto themarketplace

Leadingthe efforts for responding to RFIs, RFPs & tenders incollaboration with internal teams and bid management by providingdomain knowledge to ensure the packaging of relevantsolutions

Beingaccountable for ensuring the broader sales and relationshipfunction is appropriately trained and skilled in the fundamentalsof Acquiring Processing to help identify opportunities and aninitial qualification exercise with clients/prospects (trainingpackage to be developed in partnership withProduct)

Identifyingand progressing partnerships that fill gaps in the valueproposition will be delivered in partnership with the Productfunction

Usingstrong presentation and communication skills to inform prospectiveclients about the company s solutions and how they could leveragethem to solve their customerchallenges

Gatheringand analysing requirements to tailor solutions that addresscustomer needs and concerns in the bestway

Understandingsolutions within their specific domain and the ability to applysolutions to meet and address unique clientneeds

Consistentlyreviewing and understanding local regulatory changes that affectpayments processing and the company, including scheme mandates, ,VISA & MC across thegroup

Leadingknowledge-sharing sessions and training for the regional salesteams to ensure they are kept abreast of new and evolved solutionsand identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-sellingexisting and new companysolutions

Abilityto build a business case and capture the key elements that willhelp assess viability and deal withprofitability

Collaboratingwith Product & Vendor Management by checking market trendsto identify gaps, opportunities, and vendors that could complementthe company spropositions

Whatit takes tosucceed:

Minimum of abachelor s degree in a relevantsubject

6-9years of experience in the Acquiring sector in the paymentsindustry, either directly or through the provision of services toAcquirers

Provenaccount/sales managementexperience

Cards System& Product Knowledge that is relevant to the Acquiringindustry

Strong culturalawareness and knowledge of working across multiplegeographies

Aself-starter who seeks out accountability and demonstrates drive toexceedtargets
