    Overall Purpose of theJob

    Responsiblefor the effective creation management and development of thecommercial relationship and any compliance risks inherent. The keyfactors within supplier performance are Compliance with applicablelocal/international laws Standard Operating Procedure complianceacceptable service quality and total costmanagement.

    Key Activities andAccountabilities

    1.Schedule and coordinate international freightmovements

    2. Prepare shipping documentation(packing lists commercial invoices certificates etc.) forinternational export cargoes

    3. Assist in thecustoms clearance process for import shipments

    4.Maintain shipping register and files in accordance with standardoperating procedure for the working location

    5.Work directly with business units to ensure all orders are shippedin an expeditious and costeffective manner and are shipped inaccordance with contractual terms andconditions

    6. Coordinate the review of productsin order to determine the correct transportation requirementsincluding packaging labeling and documentation to ensure thatshipments are consistent with contractual requirements externalregulations and internal procedures

    7. Developnurture and maintain high quality relationships with internal andexternal customers freight forwarders and other serviceproviders

    8. Generate purchase requisitions forfreight related invoices

    9. Liaise with internaland external departments as and when required to ensure allquestions and queries are resolved and liaise with manager on anyconcerns

    Job Knowledge andQualifications

    1.5 years FCPA experience / working knowledge within a logisticenvironment

    2. Proficient in Microsoft Office(Excel Powerpoint Word)

    3. Experience in SAPbeneficial
