    Description
    • Metro Station DesignLeadership:
    • Provide design leadership anddirection throughout the entire lifecycle of metro stationprojects, from concept development to construction andcommissioning.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders,including clients, engineers, and urban planners, to understandproject goals, functional requirements, and designconstraints.
    • Architectural Design andPlanning:
    • Develop and refine architecturaldesign concepts for metro stations, considering factors such aspassenger flow, safety, accessibility, aesthetics, andsustainability.
    • Create comprehensive designproposals, including plans, elevations, sections, and 3Dvisualizations, to communicate design intent to clients and projectteams.
    • ProjectManagement:
    • Lead multidisciplinary designteams, including architects, engineers, and consultants, ensuringeffective coordination and collaboration throughout the designprocess.
    • Establish project schedules,milestones, and deliverables, and oversee their successfulexecution within budgetary and timelineconstraints.
    • TechnicalExpertise:
    • Apply your deep understanding ofmetro station design principles, urban planning, and transportationinfrastructure to develop innovative and functional designsolutions.
    • Ensure compliance with applicablecodes, regulations, and standards for metro station design,including safety, accessibility, and environmentalrequirements.
    • Client Engagement andCommunication:
    • Act as the primary point ofcontact for clients, fostering strong relationships andunderstanding their needs andobjectives.
    • Present design concepts, progressupdates, and final proposals to clients, effectively communicatingdesign intent, rationale, and benefits

    Here's WhatYou'll Need

    • Bachelor's ormaster's degree in Architecture or a related field.Professional architectural licensure is stronglypreferred.
    • Extensive experience years)in architectural design, with a focus on metro station projects.Taking part in large scale iconic projects in the region is aplus.
    • Proven track record of leading the designprocess for complex architectural projects, preferably includingmetro station design.
    • Strong knowledge of urbandesign principles, transportation infrastructure, and the specificrequirements of metro stationdesign.
    • Proficiency in architectural designsoftware, such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe CreativeSuite.
    • Excellent project management skills,with the ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary designteams.
    • Strong conceptual and design-thinkingabilities, with a demonstrated portfolio of innovative andsuccessful architectural projects.
    • Exceptionalcommunication and presentation skills, both verbal and visual, toeffectively convey complex design concepts to diversestakeholders.
    • Strong understanding ofsustainability principles and their application in architecturaldesign.
    • Familiarity with relevant buildingcodes, regulations, and industry standards related to metro stationdesign.
    • Ability to work under pressure, managemultiple projects simultaneously, and meetdeadlines.
