    • Bachelor's degree inTelecom Engineering or Electronics and CommunicationsEngineering
    • Experience of working with multi -national and multi - cultural project teams is stronglypreferred.
    • Competent to carry out the Designactivity in the Design-Check-Approve-Authorize cycle, and to checkthe technical deliverables ofdesigners.
    • General knowledge of other relateddisciplines.
    • Ability to work efficiently andeffectively when managing multiple tasks.
    • Mustbe self-motivated, results oriented, and be flexible to work wellunder tight schedules in a fast paced multi-disciplinary teamenvironment.
    • Excellent organizational,interpersonal, and Communication.
    • Good oral andwritten English skills able to produce fluent Documents, Reports,and Technical Notes

    ExperienceRequirements

    • 15+ years' experienceworking in telecoms, in large Oil & Gas Facilities havingbroad knowledge of engineering execution including designstandards, specifications, codes, safety criteria, onshore andoffshore facilities design, construction andoperations.
    • Conversant with relevantTelecommunications national and international standards and has abroad understanding of all aspects of Telecommunications systemsand a deep understanding of ownspecialty.
    • Proven track record of delivering aportfolio of Telecom EPC projects including complex and multiplevendor projects within internationalsettings.
    • Requires hands on expertise anddesign experience with telecoms equipment and systems design (OTN,UHF TETRA VHF radio Systems, IP Networks), security (accesscontrol, CCTV surveillance networks, fence intruder detection,ANPR), public/emergency announcement (PAGA), and networks (WANs,LANs, Industrial Wireless Networks Wiring, Routers, Switches,Servers etc.) ship/shore communication systems, Hazardous arearequirements.
    • Shall be proficient in fiberoptic cabling network design, copper cable networks and relevantinfrastructure such as duct banks, cable / ladder tray designs.This shall include transition of design engineering to constructiondeliverables.
