If so, we'd love to hear from you SilverBack is lookingfor a dedicated and skilled Mechanical QA Lead to join our client'swelcoming and collaborative team. This contract mechanical QA roleoffers an excellent rate and the opportunity to be part of apositive and diverse workplace culture.

    As aflexible Mechanical QA Lead, you will review, audit and monitor theimplementation of the project quality plan and procedures andliaise with the auditing team. You will also coordinate theestablishment, implementation and maintenance of the projectinspection and test programs and associated witness point(s) timeschedules on a system-by-system basis.

    If youwere already in this Mechanical QA Lead role, here are some areasyou would have been working in thisweek:

    • Coordinating the resolution ofall matters of the Quality and Project Management team and projectsupervisor levels
    • Promoting good qualitythrough team training sessions and benchmarkactivities
    • Coordinating the handover of allquality records to the client on a system-by-systembasis
    • Implementing a structured approachtowards systems handover/projectcompletion
    • Working alongside Swedish personneland understanding the Swedish codes ofpractice
    • To apply for this mechanical QA job,you will need an engineering or trade qualification in a mechanicaldiscipline and at least 5 years of experience in a QA lead role.You will also require thefollowing:
    • Experiencemanaging construction teams
    • Knowledge of HVACpiping systems and P&IDs
    • Recentexperience working on large-scale industrialprojects
    • Available and willing to do variablerotational work
