 Monitored and Handled low, medium, and high priority  incoming tickets through “Expo2020 manage engine” ticketing system.And also quick response and fast communication management across all platforms in Expo2020 Dubai. 

Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers/ clients in the Expo2020 sites. 

Managed  the non-business related concerns from the L1 team (fatigue, health, swap of off-s, leaves, absenteeism, etc.  
