    Requirements

    Maintasks:


    • Follow up on official correspondence and communications received bythe Executive Director s
    Officewhich include (letters emails) to ensure that the necessarymeasures are taken.

    • Preservingcorrespondence and official documents within an integrated documentpreservation
    system.

    • Follow up on the status of messages received from all sectors anddepartments of the Authority.
    • Preparing for the evaluation of the Office of the ExecutiveDirector.
    • Covering the dutiesof the Executive Director s secretary during hisvacation.
    • Preparing monthlyreports related to correspondence to the ExecutiveDirector.
    • Managing incoming/outgoing correspondence from the Office of the Executive Directorthrough
    the Tarasulsystem.

    • Follow up coordinationwith the office of the Director General and Chairman of the Boardof
    Directors to ensure that alldirectives and instructions of the Director General and Chairman ofthe
    Board of Directors areimplemented.

    • Ensuring thatcorrespondences that do not have a specific end date are notdelayed for more than
    twomonths.

    • Ensuring that allrequirements are provided on time and that their completion is notdelayed.
    • Receiving messages(forms minutes of meetings) that require the approval of theExecutive
    Director and sendingthem to the concerned authority uponapproval.

    • Periodic followupand updating of the sharedfile.
    • Following up on mattersrelated to the Office of the Executive Director and preparingand
    implementing the tasksassigned to me including minutes of meetings PowerPointpresentations

    Maintasks: 1.

    Follow up on official correspondence and communicationsreceived by the Executive Director s Office, which include(letters, e-mails) to ensure that the necessary measures are taken.2.

    Preserving correspondence, and official documents within anintegrated document preservation system. 3. Follow up on the statusof messages received from all sectors and departments of theAuthority. 4. Preparing for the evaluation of the Office of theExecutive Director. 5. Covering the duties of the ExecutiveDirector s secretary during his vacation. 6. Preparing monthlyreports related to correspondence to the Executive Director. 7.Managing incoming/ outgoing correspondence from the Office of theExecutive Director through the Tarasul system. 8.

    Follow upco-ordination with the office of the Director General and Chairmanof the Board of Directors to ensure that all directives andinstructions of the Director General and Chairman of the Board ofDirectors are implemented.

    9. Ensuring that correspondences that donot have a specific end date are not delayed for more than twomonths. 10. Ensuring that all requirements are provided on time andthat their completion is not delayed. 11.

    Receiving messages(forms, minutes of meetings) that require the approval of theExecutive Director and sending them to the concerned authority uponapproval.

    12. Periodic follow-up and updating of the shared file.13. Following up on matters related to the Office of the ExecutiveDirector and preparing and implementing the tasks assigned to me,including minutes of meetings, PowerPointpresentations
