    PURPOSE ANDOBJECTIVES

    Cloud Success Services support our customers in their digitaltransformation. We sustain the adoption of SAP software and ensurethat our customers can successfully plan implement integrate andoperate their software including continuous improvement qualitymanagement problem solving and knowledgetransfer.


    EXPECTATION ANDTASKS

    Your role involves delivery of technical and application serviceswithin customer engagements. You need good SAP Technologycapabilities and you are a decent problem solver with the abilityto communicate effectively in an international environment.According to your experience strengths and customer needs you willconduct some of the followingtasks:

    • Be actively involved in the preparation conception realization andGo Live of customer implementation projects
    • Demonstrate the ability to plan run and manage blueprintworkshops/meetings with internal and externalclients
    • Assisting in defining the scope of aproject/opportunities estimating efforts and projecttimelines
    • Analyze business processes includingroot cause analysis and technical performanceoptimization
    • Upgrade and migration of SAPsystems


    ProfessionalExperience

    • Minimum of 5 years of SAP project implementation experience in atleast one of the followingareas:
      • S/4 HANA MM or SD(some experience in ARIBA is anasset)
      • S/4 HANA HCM orSuccessFactors
      • BTPIntegration (CPI) Experience with SuccessFactors integration is abigasset.
    • University degree in computer science business informationtechnology mathematics physics engineering orequivalent
    • Ability to drill down intotechnical issues and solve complex and detailedproblems
    • Ability to deliver clear concisepresentations and present complex information in a clear andprecise manner
    • Willingness and ability totravel to customers and work abroad
    • Excellentverbal and written communication skills in English French andArabic
