    JobDescription:

    As a Business Development Associatefocusing on hotel contracts you will play a pivotal role inexpanding our network and driving business growth. Your primaryresponsibilities will include identifying potential hotel partnersnegotiating contracts and fostering longterm collaborations. Thisposition offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with apassion for business development and a desire to thrive in afastpaced internationalenvironment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Identifyand approach international hotels for potentialpartnerships.
    • Negotiate contract terms andconditions to ensure mutually beneficialagreements.
    • Collaborate with internal teams todevelop and implement strategic business developmentinitiatives.
    • Maintain a thorough understandingof industry trends and marketdynamics.
    • Cultivate strong relationships withkey stakeholders within partnerorganizations.
    • Continuously monitor andevaluate the effectiveness of partnershipstrategies.

    Requirements:

    • Excellentcommunication skills both verbal and written with fluency inEnglish.
    • Strong negotiation skills with aproven ability to close deals.
    • Flexibility withwork timings to accommodate international businessinteractions.
    • Ability to work independently andas part of a collaborative team.
    • Willingness tolearn and adapt to evolving businessneeds.
    • Proactive and positive approach towardsachieving goals.
    • MBA degree or equivalentqualification.

    AdditionalInformation:

    • Travel experiencepreferred.
    • This position is based in our Dubaioffice.
