    Purpose of thejob
    Prepare and review transactions with relevantdocuments so as to eliminate any operational risks and financialloss.
    To ensure that all levels of process control aremet during transaction preparation without any violation ofapproved procedures and policies.

    KeyResponsibilities:
    1- Achieving the highest level ofdiligence in executing/processing transactions.
    Strivefor zero tolerance.

    • Process the transaction and ensurethat there are no risks associated with it.
    • Maintain azero tolerance level.
    • Ensure that the specified timefor processing the transaction is met.
    • Preparingrequests that fall within approved policies, procedures anddirectives
    • Coordinate with other departments/units whenneeded without compromising ADCP policies andprocedures.
    • Collections.
    • Distribute andauthenticate small cash daily
    • Receive collections fromthe Property Leasing Officer (LA) and Tenants Officer (TA)according to interim reports
    • Verifying check detailsaccording to approved standards.
    • Preparing daily cashreports and the balance with the actual cash collected.
    • Assist the Line Manager to deliver current cash and checks toTransguard by the end of the day.
    • Report excess/minuscash/counterfeit currency and incomplete/incorrect checks tosupervisor
    • Upgrade in Property Management System (PMS)for bank transfer and smart rent payments.
