    Description

    Objective:

    overseeing thedaytoday operations of our healthcare facility. Drawing upon yourextensive background in healthcare management you will lead a teamof professionals implement strategic initiatives and ensure thehighest standards of quality and efficiency are maintained acrossall departments.

    Keyresponsibilities:

    • Developand execute strategic plans aligned with the organizations missionvision and goals.
    • Provide visionary leadershipto inspire and motivate staff toward achieving organizationalobjectives.
    • Establish policies procedures andprotocols to ensure efficient and effective operation of thehealthcare facility.
    • Oversee daytodayoperations of the healthcare facility including administrativefunctions clinical services and supportservices.
    • Monitor key performance indicators(KPIs) and operational metrics to assess performance and identifyareas for improvement
    • Develop and manage theannual budget ensuring alignment with organizational goals andfinancial targets
    • Monitor financial performanceand variances and implement corrective actions asneeded
    • Optimize revenue cycle managementprocesses to maximize reimbursement and minimize revenueleakage
    • Ensure compliance with all applicablelaws regulations and accreditation standards governing healthcareoperations
    • Implement quality assurance programsto monitor and improve patient care outcomes andsatisfaction.
    • Foster a culture of collaborationaccountability and continuous learning within theorganization
    • Build and maintain positiverelationships with key stakeholders including physicians staffpatients families regulatory agencies and communitypartners
    • Identify opportunities for strategicpartnerships joint ventures and alliances to expand serviceofferings and market reach
    • Evaluate andimplement innovative technologies and best practices to enhancepatient care delivery operational efficiency and clinicaloutcomes

    Requiredqualifications:

    • Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration BusinessAdministration or related field; Masters degree Must.
    • Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experiencein healthcare management with a proven track record of success in asimilar role.
    • Strong understanding ofhealthcare operations regulatory compliance and quality improvementmethodologies.
    • Excellent interpersonal skillswith the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport withdiverse stakeholders.
    • Strategic thinker with aresultsoriented mindset and the ability to drive change andinnovation.
    • Demonstrated financial acumen andexperience managing budgets financial reporting and revenue cycleoperations.
