    Role: BarSupervisor

    Location: Lisbon Area

    JobDescription:

    An exceptionalopportunity waits for customer serviceskilled and experienced Barsupervisors to join our service team in our premium venue. As a Barsupervisor you will work closely with the Restaurant Manager andcontribute to the successful opening and operation of our gastropub. Join us in Cascais and be part of a dynamic team dedicated todelivering exceptional service and creating memorable diningexperiences.

    Responsibilities:

    • Supervise bar operations ensuringefficient service and cleanliness.
    • Train andmentor bar staff in mixology and customerservice.
    • Create and update drink menus based ontrends.
    • Assist in training new employees andprovide continuous training to existingstaff.
    • Maintain inventory of all neededsupplies and coordinate restocking.
    • Overseeboth front and backofhouse operations ensuring smooth and efficientservice.
    • Provide exceptional customer serviceand lead staff to do the same.
    • Respond quicklyto customer complaints and efficiently resolveissues.
    • Identify methods to cut waste decreasecosts and improve profitability.
    • Manage andsupport waiters for the smooth running of serviceshifts.
    • Ensure that service staff followstandards procedures rules and health and safetyrequirements.
    • Manage reservations and handlecustomer inquiries.
    • Welcome and seat guestsensuring a positive first impression.
    • Preparedaily reports after each shift.
    • Assist withwaiting tables or covering the bar whennecessary.

    Requirements:

    • Minimumof 3 years of hospitality & bartending experience.Previous supervisor experience ispreferred.
    • Strong knowledge of mixology andcurrent beverage trends.
    • Strong leadershipmotivation and people skills.
    • Ability to handlehighpressure situations in a busy barenvironment.
    • Ability to multitask and workunder pressure.
    • Exceptional organizationalcommunication and customer service skills.
    • Be anative or fluent English speaker with a C1 level proficiency.Display effective communication skills in English. The ability toconvey information clearly follow instructions and interactprofessionally with colleagues and the public isessential.
