    Our client is a leading provider of architectural models and maquettes dedicated to delivering highquality customized solutions to architects developers and design firms. With a passion for craftsmanship and attention to detail we bring architectural visions to life through our innovative modelmaking techniques.

    Job Overview:

    They are seeking a skilled and experienced Model Maker to join their team. The Model Maker will be responsible for creating precise and detailed architectural models and maquettes according to client specifications and project requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in modelmaking techniques excellent craftsmanship and a keen eye for detail.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Interpret architectural drawings blueprints and specifications to develop accurate models and maquettes.
    Select appropriate materials and tools for modelmaking ensuring highquality and durability.
    Use various techniques such as cutting shaping sculpting and painting to create intricate and realistic models.
    Collaborate with designers architects and clients to understand project objectives and requirements and provide input on design and construction processes.
    Work closely with the production team to coordinate workflow and ensure timely completion of projects.
    Conduct quality control checks to verify accuracy consistency and integrity of models and make necessary adjustments as needed.
    Maintain a clean and organized workspace including proper storage and maintenance of tools and equipment.
    Stay informed about new materials techniques and technologies in modelmaking and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
    Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.

    Requirements

    High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in modelmaking sculpture or related field preferred.
    Minimum 5 years of experience as a model maker or similar role preferably in the architectural or design industry.
    Proficiency in using a variety of tools and equipment including cutting tools sculpting tools and painting supplies.
    Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision and accuracy.
    Creative problemsolving skills and ability to interpret complex drawings and specifications.
    Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.
    Physical dexterity and stamina to perform tasks requiring manual labor and prolonged periods of standing or sitting.
