    Service Reception Manager - Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates - AL TAYER GROUP LLC

    Description
    • Receive customers in aprofessional manner providing them with accurate and timelyinformation on their service needs.
    • Accuratelyinform Service Advisors of customer needs and record informationaccordingly.
    • Provide excellent customer serviceand monitor the customer contract. Ensure Service Advisors call thecustomers to enquire on arrival delays and rebook the service ifrequested.
    • Organize and manage the shuttleservice and accurately maintain the log of the service. Maintainlog books for courtesy cars.
    • Effectively handlecustomer complaints. Patiently address issues and discuss the samewith the Service Advisors.
    • Ensure serviceadvisors follow the process in receiving/ deliveringvehicles.
    • Follow up on repeat complaints withthe workshop to ensure the problem is effectivelyresolved.
    • Follow up on WIP, analyse delays andintimate the customer on reasons for delays indelivery.
    • Liaison with call centre reports andfollow up with those customers to ensure resolution of complaintsand customer satisfaction.
