    AbouttheRole
    • Theprimary purpose of this role is to work as a member of RUHERecruitment and Conversion Team based in Nigeria representingVarious institution around the world. Reporting directly to theRegional Manager Conversion, You will support RUHE Global Resourcesclient recruitment and conversion strategies by implementing acoherent and effective strategy to support these through toenrolment.
    • Recruitment:Support and Develop recruitment channelsand delivering against the set recruitment targets for theorganisation.
    • Conversion:Managing received enquiries and applications within theorganisation and implementing a coherent and effective strategy tosupport these through to conversion to payingcustomers.
    • Implementing a coherentand effective approach to organisations recruitment and conversionthat supports positive brand and enhance businessdevelopment.
    • Chasing up withpartners for academic offers and traveldocuments.
    • Effectively managingnetwork of channels of referral agents to ensure that they areperforming on target.
    • Work closelyand effectively with the wider operations of the organisationincluding Admissions team of several universities to ensure clientsrequest are delivered with the agreedSLA.
    • Contributing to the widerbusiness by receiving and sharing of best practice with the widerorganisation as received frompartners.
    • Researching andoperationalizing an effective marketing and recruitment plan forthe organisation to ensure targets aremet.
    • To develop an excellentunderstanding of the educational system in each market ofresponsibility and to work with the Regional Manager to ensurethese are accurately reflected in the admissionsprocess.
    • To support the RegionalManager in identifying new potential markets within the prescribedregion and developing market plans asappropriate.
    • To contribute to thedevelopment of the organisation marketingPlan.
    • To ensure all enquiries arehandled with professionalism and sound customerservice
    Responsibilities
    • Carryout customer service andadministrative.
    • Follow up on new andexisting clients.
    • collate, completeclients application to partner institutions
    • Maintain a good database of allclients on our CRM system .
    • AssistIn follows up on Client Relation and business development team onstudents requests.
    • Assist incoordinating actions to influence developedstrategies.
    • Assist in thedevelopment and planning of all branding and marketingactivities.
    • Identify opportunities,develop plans and establish business alliances that will strengthenthe RGR brand.
    • Carry outsensitization activities and generate new leads in formal andinformal sectors of key cities where an RGR office does not existat the moment.
    • Create the neededbuzz in tertiary institutions thereby increasing leads from theinstitutions.
    • Handle administrativeand clerical assignments
    • Ensure thatall walk in clients are converted tocustomers.
    • Welcoming prospectiveclients and attending to theirneeds
    • Have in depth and accurateinformation on RGR partners andservices
    • To maintain a high degreeof accurate and current productknowledge
    • To organize thearrangement of the counselling sessions withclients.
    • To provide the regionalmanager with a monthly report on all conversionactivities
    • Follow-up on studentsfrom all sources
    • To attend towalk-in and telephone enquirers on a dailybasis
    • Attend to delegates needsduring school visits
    • Any otherrelated task that may beassigned

    Benefits

    • Youwill be placed on 3 months probation with a starting monthly salaryof 80,000NGN to 100,000 depending onexperience.
    • After probation yoursalary could be increased to between 100,000 to 130,000NGNdepending on input andperformance.
