    We are currently lookingfor dynamic, and self motivated Front Office professionals who wantto move their careers forward.

    As a Guest ServiceAgent you are responsible to provide professional and customerfocused service to our guests, ensuring their stay will become amemorable experience and your role will include keyresponsibilities such as:


    • Offerconsistently professional, friendly, warm and engagingservice


    • Give a warm welcome and checkin guests taking into account the establishedSOPs


    • Check out of departing guest inaccordance with the establishedstandards


    • Sell rooms to walk-in guestsand be responsible for all pro-active and day-to-day facilitiesissues


    • Responsible for cash inventory,cashing cheques and bills of exchange in foreign currencies forhotel guest in accordance with the creditpolicy


    • Corporate with colleagues fromall departments, in particular Housekeeping, Finance andReservation


    • Ensure that the GuestService Desk is manned, operationally prepared and stocked at alltimes in order to be available for guests as a point ofcontact


    • Maintain the privacy of allguests by ensuring that no details of the guests aredisclosed


    • Demonstrate a completeunderstanding of the hotel's policies and procedures andservice standards and have full knowledge of the hotel facilitiesand happenings
