    JOBSUMMARY

    To champion the disciplineof Strategic Planning to TLC concentrating on the core areasof:

    • Insightgeneration
    • Creativebriefing
    • Evaluation

    KEYRESPONSIBILITIES

    1. Establisha culture of researchled consumer insight that informs adirectional creative brief
    2. Establish a cultureof evaluation: guide clients on what to measure ensure it getsmeasured
    3. Establish best practice processthroughout the agency from client brief to pitch /presentation
    4. Create the tools (briefs templatesexamples) that make this easy
    5. Lead theeducation/training of TLC staff that allow it to takeroot
    6. Speak client language positioning TLC as acredible strategic partner attending client meetings developinglongterm client relationships
    7. Work closely withSales teams to keep focus throughout on the TLC businessmodel
    8. Demonstrate effect on bottom line: beaware of own contribution to ROI

    AStrategic Planner is the bridge between three Cs Client Consumerand Creative. As such he or she needs excellent people skills soundbusiness judgment and immediately credibleexperience.

    ESSENTIALEXPERIENCE

    Has worked in researchplanning or similar in the world of integrated marketing / SP in aclientfacing role for at least two successful years. ExcellentEnglish. Understandsbrands.
