    Batch PlantElectricians (ReadyMixConcrete)

    Our esteemedclient a frontrunner in the construction materials sectorspecializing in building materials is currently seeking a skilledBatch Plant Electrician who will report directly to the Electrical& Instrument advisor to ensure the seamless operation ofour plant (Cement Grinding Mill) through the maintenancemodification and troubleshooting of Electrical &Instrumentation (E&I)equipment.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    Responsible forplant demobilization erection startup andcommissioning

    Maintain andupkeep plants and related major and minor ancillaries in good andsafe workingcondition.

    Perform dailywalkaround inspections of plants and ancillaries before and duringoperationalactivities.

    Reportnoticeable plant operational irregularities promptly toForeman/supervisor for rectification and anticipate unnecessaryplantbreakdown.

    Execute periodicPreventive Maintenance schedules of plants andancillaries.

    Conduct visualoil analysis during every drainperiod.

    Coordinate withPlant Supervisor/Plant Electrician third party when available forLock Out/Tag Out procedures during scheduled or unscheduled plantrepairs/adjustments.

    Responsible formaintaining daily jobrelatedrecords.

    KeyQualifications andSkills:

    Minimum 3 yearsof industry experience (cement) preferably 1 or 2 years in ReadymixConcreteIndustry.

    Proficient inall aspects of readymix plant operations and associatedequipment

    Skilled indiagnosing electrical system failures and implementingcorrective/preventivemeasures.

    Familiarity withPLC systems and capable of basictroubleshooting

    Competent ingeneral electrical system repairtasks

    Proficient inidentifying and resolving electrical issues in power and controlwiring.

    Capable ofinterpreting hydraulic electrical and mechanicaldiagrams.

    Experienced inutilizing various tools and equipment including power constructionequipment measuring devices power tools and testingequipment.

    Possesses basicsafety knowledge relevant to plantoperations.

    Proficient inHindi/Urdu (mandatory) with optional proficiency inEnglish
