This vital positionwill be under the direct supervision of theReadyMix Operations Director involves developing and implementingoperational strategies effectively while ensuring strict adherenceto safety ourclients.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Verifyattendance of plantpersonnel
    • Assessthe performance and dynamics of truck mixer drivers andoperators.
    • Organizepersonnel leaveschedules.
    • Compiledata for initiatives andpresentations.
    • Analyzegathereddata.
    • Monitorexpenditure.
    • Supervisethe preparation of ISO and DCLdocuments.
    • Allocatemanpower and equipmentresources.
    • Trackplant productivity andefficiency.
    • Assessthe status of batchplants.
    • Evaluateand revise the daily productionplan.
    • Reviewrecords in the productionlogbook.
    • Confirmthe availability and status of rawmaterials.
    • Identifyany new requirements for rawmaterials.
    • Managethe ordering process for rawmaterials.
    • Maintaincontrol overmaterials.
    • Supervisephysical inventorycounts.
    • Monitorthe availability and productivity of truckmixers.
    • Trackthe performance and movements of truck mixerdeliveries.
    • OrderTaking Delivery and DispatchManagement

    KeyQualifications andSkills:

    • Bachelors degree in civil engineering or relatedfield.
    • Minimum4 years of experience in a similarrole.
    • Proficiencyin English required (proficiency in Hindi & Arabicadvantageous).
    • Extensiveexperience in the ReadyMix ConcreteIndustry.
    • Comprehensivegrasp of concrete production systems and the quality of rawmaterials.
    • Wellversedin Plant Safety Rules andRegulations.
    • Acquaintedwith various construction processes andequipment.
    • Skilledin operating batch plants water treatment facilities truck mixerspumps and placingbooms.
    • Proficiencyin computer applications such as Word Excel andPowerPoint.
    • Knowledgeableabout internal and external customer needs andexpectations.
    • Strongleadership abilities proficient in guiding and effectivelycommunicating with operationalstaff.
    • Adeptat managing unexpected situations andemergencies.
