    Pump Driver and Operator(ReadyMixConcrete)

    Ouresteemed client a front runner in the construction materials sectorspecializing in building materials is currently seeking a skilledReady Mix Pump Operator. This vital position entails the operationof concrete pump trucks and the responsibility for the safe andefficient delivery of readymix concrete to various constructionsites. The ideal candidate will possess a robust blend of skills inheavy vehicle operation equipment maintenance and safety protocoladherence ensuring highquality service delivery to ourclients.


    KeyResponsibilities:

    Driveand operate concrete pump trucks managing their positioning andcontrol to accurately deliver and pour readymix concrete atconstructionsites.

    Ensurethe safe handling of the concrete pump truck adhering to alloperational and safetyguidelines.

    Performdetailed pre and postuse inspections of the pump truck to ensureits optimal condition identifying any maintenance or repairneeds.

    Maintainstrict adherence to safety protocols to prevent accidents orinjuries on thejob.

    Conductregular cleaning and maintenance of the pump truck to ensure itspeak operationalefficiency.

    Keepaccurate records of concrete volume delivered operational hours andany incidents or challenges encountered.Maintainingdaily jobrelated records are part of theresponsibilities.

    Coordinateclosely with project managers and construction teams to ensuretimely and efficient concrete pouring according to projectschedules.

    Reportpumped quantity and pumping rate to Site Coordinator/Engineer andReport pumped quantity and pumping rate to SiteCoordinator/Engineer.

    Responsiblefor maintaining daytoday jobrelatedrecords.

    KeyQualifications andSkills:

    Aminimum of 1 year of experience operating a ReadyMix PumpTruck.

    Proficiencyin operating pumps including Putzmeister Zoomlion andSchwing.

    Possessionof a valid UAE heavyduty vehicle driving license is required alongwith familiarity with UAEroads.

    Demonstratedability to follow strict safety guidelines andprotocols.

    Abilityto read write and speak Hindi/Urdu (mandatory) English(optional)

    Excellentcommunication skills for effective coordination with team membersand projectmanagement.

    Commitmentto maintaining high standards of equipment upkeep and personalresponsibility.
