    Description
    • Work under the guidance of theSenior Manager – Sales Operations to assist in creatingand maintaining the sales strategy for B2B and B2C platforms, andin creating, managing, and executing salesplans.
    • Analyse andunderstand user behaviours on both B2B and B2C platforms andsuggest plans, processes, and methods to recapture lostopportunities offline, including through direct communications withcustomers.
    • Research andidentify competitive alternatives to fulfil the custom requirementsand bespoke customer requests received through any online oroffline channel, and work with the internal teams and therequesting customer to complete the salestransaction.
    • Workrelentlessly on acquiring customers through direct communicationsand any other effective methods as may be applicable in differentcountries in line with the assigned targets and salesplans.
    • Share knowledge andexperience with peers and counterparts in other locations worldwideand adopt best practices as and whenapplicable.
    • Proactivelyfollow up on uncompleted sales transactions through directcommunications with customers and in alignment with the CustomerExperience team. Use the approved reengagement methods to regainthe business and regularly provide feedback to the line manager onthe challenges andachievements.
    • Assist theline manager in all activities related to customer acquisition,sales targeting, and online-to-offline conversions, and support inonline traffic analysis to optimize the effectiveness of marketingplans.
    • Create reports totrack progress and evaluate results and suggest relevantenhancementsaccordingly.
    • Oversee theperformance of promotional offers in alignment with the businessgoals and objectives and proactively analyse and reportresults.
    • Proactivelyidentify opportunities for the improvement of sales and salesmanagement methodologies, and report to the linemanager.
    • Identify andreport customer, product, and site issues and work with the crossfunctional teams on effectively and timely resolving any and allissues and implementing preventivesolutions.
    • Provide theline manager with insights on customer shopping trends to supportproduct selection and suggest tactics to resolvegaps.
    • Maintain a deepknowledge of the markets and industry and assist the line managerin performing competitor analysis andbenchmarking.
