    Description

    Are you an experienced professional in the steel trading industry with a strong background in procurement and business development? We are seeking a Steel Trading Manager<\/b> to join our team and contribute to our expanding business in the UAE and GCC regions. If you have prior experience working in Asian countries' steel trading companies, we want to hear from you
    <\/p>

    Key Responsibilities:
    <\/h3>
    • Develop and manage strong customer relationships and maintain an updated customer database.
      <\/li>
    • Achieve sales targets in terms of both volume and revenue.
      <\/li>
    • Demonstrate a deep understanding of local culture and the steel industry social circles in the UAE and GCC.
      <\/li>
    • Oversee procurement and business development within the steel sector.
      <\/li>
    • Sell steel products, including mother coils, to electronic manufacturers (e.g., fridges, ACs).
      <\/li>
    • Provide market insights to company leadership on competitive offerings, prospect needs, and product development ideas.
      <\/li>
    • Stay current with market trends, product offerings, and competitor activities.
      <\/li>
    • Strategize and execute plans to expand the customer base and enhance the company's market presence.
      <\/li><\/ul><\/span>

      Requirements<\/h3>

      Job Requirements:
      <\/h3>
      • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the steel trade or manufacturing industry, with a focus on procurement or business development.
        <\/li>
      • Proven experience in managing customer relationships and achieving sales targets.
        <\/li>
      • Prior work experience in Korean, Japanese, Chinese, or other Asian countries' steel trading companies is highly desirable.<\/b>
        <\/li>
      • Well -established connections within the steel industry in the KSA, UAE, and other GCC countries.
        <\/li>
      • Strong knowledge of selling steel products and mother coils to electronic manufacturers (e.g., for fridges, ACs).
        <\/li>
      • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
        <\/li>
      • A solid understanding of the steel market, industry trends, and competitor strategies.
        <\/li>
      • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
        <\/li><\/ul>
