    Description
    LINQMis searching for a Construction Scheduler to join the

    Responsibilities:
    Holistically manage programsschedules through the entire lifecycle at a high level down todaily team inputs as the project requires
    Ensuringaccurate inputs are given in a timely manner from allparties
    Create what-if scenario schedules and alternativepath schedules as required
    Use efficient and aestheticcommunication methods to escalate risks and communicatesuccesses
    Employ a can-do attitude, ensuring allstakeholders are engaged and aligned to the project goals
    Develop long term strategy on schedule management systems and driveteams to implement and follow the proceduresaccordingly

    Qualifications:

    4+ years ofexperience on complex technical manufacturing, Lab, Hospital, orIndustrial infrastructure 3+ years of full-time schedule experience
    Civil, Structural and Architectural estimationexperience Mechanical, Electrical, Controls and Life Safetyexperience
    Experience in critical path management with ademonstrated history of successful schedule crashes
    Knowledge of how things are built at the fundamental level,experience with construction management preferred
    Highproficiency in scheduling software Microsoft projects, P6 aAlternative software skills and methodology also
    Willingness to get your hands dirty to understand the projects youare supporting
    Advanced knowledge and proven delivery onMechanical, Electrical, Life Safety and Controls Bonus for Civil,Structural, and Architectural experience
    Demonstratedability to learn new and complex things
