    Description

    PositionResponsibilities:

    • StrategyDevelopment
      • Presents innovative ideas andconcepts to shape and enhance specialized sales and marketingtraining.
      • Works with the business and IT toidentify and deliver technology initiatives to deliver e-learningsolutions & other trainingrequirements.
      • Works with executive leadershipto drive new learning imperatives that deliverresults.
      • Uses data to help executive leadershipdetermine accurate training and employee developmentoptions.
      • Serves as organization representativeon cross-functional teams that may includeexecutives.
    • ProjectManagement
      • Works independently with seniorexecutives and managers to collaborate on projects, create solutionproposals, present and collect information, and execute based on aset plan.
      • Able to take complex projects and/orissues and provide simplified solutions for cross-functional teamsto carry out.
      • Performs administrative duties tosupport the progress and completion of overarching projects andinitiatives.
      • Comfortable working within a highpressure, fast paced environment with quick-turndeadlines.
    • NeedsAnalysis
      • Works with executives, managers,subject matter experts & end-users to determine &document learningobjectives.
    • ContentDevelopment
      • Proactively identifies existingsources of content and/or facilitates the development of newlearning content.
      • Identifies the appropriatesubject matter expert(s) to teach thecontent/course.
      • Manages the sourcing strategyand deployment of external/suppliertraining.
      • Oversees supplier and subject matterexpert deliverables for course creation andmaintenance.
    • LearningManagement
      • Uses a Learning Management System(LMS) to manage training content, track course attendance,establish learning pathways, and measure trainingsuccesses.
      • Collects, organizes and providesmetrics that quantify training's value andimpact.
      • Manages cost imperatives and analysisof current and future traininginitiatives.
      • Manages attendance, facilitatorpreparation, and course feedback for both classroom and virtualtrainings.

    Thisposition is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will berequired to perform some work onsite at one of the listed locationoptions. This is at the hiring team's discretion andcould potentially change in thefuture.

    BasicQualifications (RequiredSkills/Experience):

    • Experience supporting a Sales and/orMarketing organization.
    • Experience interfacingwith senior and executiveleadership.
    • Experience project managingmultiple high-volume, complex, concurrentprojects.
    • Experience building and leadingtraining efforts within an organization.

    PreferredQualifications (DesiredSkills/Experience):

    • Proactively works with minimaldirection to complete complex tasks.
    • Excellentorganizational and communicationskills.
    • Experience working with Salesforce(Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud) and related Training or Enablementapplications.
    • Experience working with Panoptoor a video content management tool.
    • Experienceworking with Litmos, Degreed, and other Learning ManagementSystems.
    • Experience working with Perceptyx,Qualtrics, or another advanced survey tool.

    Typical Education/Experience:

    Education/experiencetypically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) andtypically 6 or more years' related work experience or anequivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4years' related work experience, 10 years' relatedwork experience,etc.)

    Relocation:

    Thisposition is located in a location that does not offer relocation.Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their ownexpense.
