    Rolesummary:

    The mission of theProduct Engineering Enablement Tribe is to help reduce cognitiveload and enable our Product Tribes to be successful, by focusing onour most significant constraints across the engineers'journey at talabat.

    To spearhead this mission,we're looking for a passionate technical product managerwho will lead the Core Services domain responsible for ensuringthat complicated sub-systems can be easily consumed by multipleproduct engineering teams relying on those sub-systems and helpingus expand the support that we provide as a Tribe to the business(Vendor Growth topics).

    As a Technical ProductManager, alongside the Engineering Domain Lead, your primary rolewill be to co-drive the product direction for 2 teams, namely Order& Transmission Platform as well as Vendor Availability& CatalogPlatform.

    Responsibilitiesinclude:

    • Craft and continuously refine theproduct vision, mission, and strategy alongside the team and keystakeholders, ensuring it aligns with our company'sgoals
    • Support the team in identifying,analyzing & addressing the largest points of friction inour standalone Order Platform and Vendor Availabilitydomains
    • Be co-accountable for the impact(value), roadmap, prioritization, and delivery of yourteams
    • Facilitate and enable successful adoptionand integration of solutions delivered
    • Defineand track key success metrics of your products to track &improve their adoption
    • Cultivate stakeholderrelations (business stakeholders & other talabat techteams)
    • Effectively communicate across allorganizational levels to facilitate alignment on the overallproduct direction.

    What you need to besuccessful

    Thefollowing experience is relevant to us:

    • 2+ years of platform productmanagement experience
    • 2-3 years of softwareengineering experience and great understanding of the full SDLCwith demonstrated experience understanding the challenges ofengineering & designing solutions that solve their actualproblems
    • Great at analyzing frictions &selecting small-batch opportunities that delivered the desiredimpact (balancing discovery &implementation)
    • Experienced in applying adata-informed approach todecision-making
    • Comfortable operating withinmultiple work streams in a fast-paced environment (shorteningfeedback loops)
    • Comfortable navigatingambiguity and complexity

    • Humble, curious, and open-minded with agrowth mindset
