    Whatyou'll do...

    • You will foster a positive andstructured work environment which encourages the successfuloperation of the business.
    • Hiring of the newemployees will be an important function as they must truly exudethe style and essence of the brand. You will be directing therecruitment efforts together with the departmenthead.
    • Be a true partner to the business foranything that relates to looking after their teams, providingadvice & guidance.
    • Position our brandas an employer of choice through effective recruitment strategiesthat attract talent and build a talent pool for effectivesuccession planning within the business.
    • Keepthe culture of the hotel alive by embedding the SLS values,promoting a fair, safe and inclusive environment and leadinginitiatives that engage and empower theteam.
    • Support managers on employee relationsand performance management cases.
    • Work with theDirector of People & Culture on European/Global projectsand rollouts.

    Qualifications

    Whatwe are looking for...

    • University degree with emphasis inHuman Resources.
    • +3 years experience inhospitality within hotels/restaurants with high volume ofrecruitment.
    • Knowledge of Spanish labourlaw.
    • Proven team leader with a high level ofenergy and motivation with a proven track record of living thecompany's values
    • Proficient knowledgeof computer systems such as: Microsoft Word, Excel &Outlook is required
    • Ability to multitask, workin a fast-paced environment and have a high level attention todetail
    • Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills. Fluent in Spanish andEnglish.
    • You have a solid understanding oflocal legal compliance requirements.
    • You makepeople feel good - your team, guests and colleagues alike. You makea positive impact.
    • You're a strongteam leader, a natural at managing and inspiring others in a waythat gets the best out of them.
    • You are anexcellent relationship builder, confident in working with otherteams and leaders; you're passionate about what we canachieve together.
