    ABOUT THE ROLE: CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER:

    ROLESANDRESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Getinvolved intheentirecustomerlife cycle fromon-boardingthrough thedurationoftheirsubscriptionperiod
    • Provideproduct trainingtoenable thecustomerstorealizethepotentialofTalent500
    • Buildvalue-basedrelationshipswithcustomers andcreateTalent500champions
    • Conduct Strategic Business Reviews (EBRs and QBRs) to understand customerlifecyclemilestones, communicatethevalueofourproduct, showcaseROI,
    • Drive desiredcustomeroutcomes throughaconsultativeapproach
    • Ensurecustomerretentionbynegotiatingandclosingrenewals
    • IdentifyappropriatebusinessusecaseswhereTalent500canbeapplied
    • Establishdeploymentgoalsanddesiredsuccessoutcomesandthendevelopaplantocarrythe moutsuccessfully
    • Haveastrongbusiness sensetokeeplookingoutfornewusecases andsolutionsusingTalent500tocreateawin-winsituationwithcustomers
    • Communicateandbrain-stormwithinternalteamsoncustomer feedbackandhelpachievecustomer goals
    • Workwiththemarketingteamtoexecute customersurveys,case studies,etc
    • IdentifyandProcessSuccess milestonesforthecustomers
    • Optimize existing processes within the company and actively enhanceallCustomer Successinitiatives
    • Drive customer advocacy through reviews, testimonials, customermeet ups;andcreatingacenterofexcellencewithinthecustomersorganization

    QUALIFICATIONCRITERIA:

    • Has10to14yearsofworkexperience 6to12yrs;inahigh-touchCustomerSuccess / Strategic Consulting role
    • Showcasesexemplarywrittenandverbal communicationskillstoworkalong withGlobalCustomers
    • Hasworked directlywithLarge EnterpriseCustomers
    • Hasanexceptionalability tocommunicateandfosterpositive businessrelationships
    • Demonstratesadeepunderstandingofcustomersconcerns andthoughtsregardingtheuseofproducts
    • Managed customers across different segments in the past and knowshowtomanage themdifferently
