    Description

    Black & Grey HR is recruiting for one of the leaders in specialty coffee roasting and supplies known for its exceptional coffee experience in Dubai UAE. Our client is on the lookout for a dynamic Sales Executive (Outdoor) passionate about coffee to enhance their market presence by reaching more businesses across Dubai UAE.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Sales Promotion: Take the lead in outdoor sales activities by promoting our clients specialty coffee beans and equipment ensuring each customer interaction is personalized and exceeds expectations.

    Customer Engagement: Forge strong connections with customers understanding their needs providing expert advice on our products and making personalized recommendations.

    Achieve Sales Targets: Ambitiously set and surpass monthly and quarterly sales goals adopting a resultsdriven strategy to boost revenue.

    Market Analysis: Keep a close eye on market trends customer preferences and competitor movements to uncover new opportunities and tackle potential challenges.

    Relationship Building: Cultivate lasting relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business setting our brand apart.

    Product Knowledge: Acquire and maintain comprehensive knowledge of our clients coffee offerings and equipment ensuring you can communicate benefits and features with confidence.



    Requirements

    A proven track record in sales ideally within the specialty products or F&B industry.

    A genuine passion for and knowledge of specialty coffee.

    Familiarity with various coffee brewing equipment and techniques.

    A solid understanding of Dubais local coffee market.

    Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.

    Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
