    Job functions for the SystemsAnalyst:

    ·Assume responsibility forthe analysis and design of new IT solutions as well as themodification/enhancement of existing systems to integrate newfeatures or improvements to improve business efficiency andproductivity

    ·Interview business users todefine businessrequirements

    ·Thorough understandingsoftware developmentlifecycle

    ·Translating Clientrequirements into highly specified functional and technicalspecifications

    ·Developing solutions andrelatedproducts

    ·Presenting proposals toclients

    ·Work closely withColleagues, Developers, Testers, and a variety of End-users toensure technical compatibility and Usersatisfaction

    ·Drawing up, supervising, anddocumenting testing schedule for completesystem

    ·FacilitateUAT

    ·Overseeing implementation ofa new system including datamigration

    ·Supporting users on changecontrol and systemupdates

    ·Provide training and usermanuals to users of a newsystem

    ·Keep up to date withtechnical and industrydevelopments

    ·Report on projectStatus



    Requirements

    Requirements:

    ·BSc ComputerScience/Information Systems (Honours anasset)

    ·Understanding ofMicroservicesArchitecture

    ·Understanding of APIs

    ·Understanding ofUML

    ·Togaf Certification(preferred)

    ExperienceRequirements:

    ·At least 6 years experienceinanalysis

    ·Financial servicesexperience anadvantage

    ·Good written and verbalcommunication

    ·Must have demonstrableexperience breaking down high-level requirements into bite-sizechunks and translating those chunks into user

    ·Must be comfortable withmultiple process modelling notations, of which BPMN should be

    ·Must have a solidunderstanding of UML, in particular Class Diagrams, Componentdiagrams and ActivityDiagrams

    ·Must have experience workingwith REST APIs, including the ability to read Swagger Documents,and test APIs withPostman

    ·Some experience with SOAPWeb Services and SOAPUI will bevaluable

    ·Must be comfortable readingJSON and XMLfiles

    ·Experience with JIRA andConfluence will be valuable
