    • Minimum of 3 year'ssales experience within Residential Developmentsales.
    • Proven track record and experience ininternational sales.
    • Well connected within theUAE and GCC market.

    • A culturalunderstanding of the UAE and APAC markets.
    • Fastand efficient with an understanding of the sense of urgency andtime zones.
    • Competitive, self-motivated,results and data driven.
    • A detailedunderstanding of the residential markets across theUAE

    • Prepared to travel within the GCCand APAC regions.
    • Attend exhibitions, salesevents to drive sales by developing and maintaining relationshipwith potential buyers and investors and the APAC salesteams.
    • Manage client database system ensuringall calls and sales are logged accurately, including contactdetails, result of calls, and any follow updates or other actionrequired.
    • Building long term relationships withpurchasers and gaining repeat business.
