    Description
    Black & Grey HR isrecruiting for a prestigious and toptier manufacturer ofspecialised woodbased panel products in Abu Dhabi UAE.

    Our clientis actively seeking a dynamic and seasoned Sales Manager who willbe responsible for driving sales growth expanding the clientscustomer base and maximizing revenue through effective salesstrategies.

    The ideal candidate must have a strong background inB2B sales preferably within the manufacturing industry with aproven track record of achieving and exceeding salestargets.


    KeyResponsibilities:

    Sales StrategyDevelopment: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achievecompany objectives and expand market share in the wooden boardmanufacturing industry.


    TeamLeadership:
    Lead mentor and motivate the sales team to achieveindividual and team sales targets. Provide guidance support andongoing training to enhance teamperformance.

    CustomerRelationship Management:
    Cultivate and maintain strongrelationships with key clients and prospective customers. Identifycustomer needs negotiate contracts and ensure high levels ofcustomer satisfaction.

    MarketAnalysis:
    Conduct market research and competitor analysis toidentify new business opportunities market trends and competitivethreats. Utilize insights to refine sales strategies and productpositioning.

    Product Knowledge:
    Possess a deep understanding of our wooden board products includingtechnical specifications applications and competitive advantages.
    Effectively communicate product features and benefits tocustomers.

    Sales Forecasting andReporting:
    Monitor sales performance track key metrics and prepareregular sales reports for management review. Provide accurate salesforecasts and insights to inform businessdecisions.

    CrossfunctionalCollaboration:
    Collaborate with internal teams including productionlogistics marketing and finance to ensure seamless coordination andexecution of sales initiatives.

    Continuous Improvement:
    Drive continuous improvement initiativeswithin the sales department to enhance efficiency productivity andcustomer service levels. Implement best practices and innovativesolutions to optimize salesprocesses.

    Requirements

    Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a relatedfield.
    Proven experience in B2Bsales preferably within the manufacturing industry with a minimumof 5 years in a sales managementrole.
    Strong leadership and teammanagement skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a salesteam to achieve results.
    Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonalskills.
    Strategic thinker withthe ability to develop and execute sales plans to achieve businessobjectives.
    Proficiency in CRMsoftware Microsoft Office suite and other salestools.
    Analytical mindset withthe ability to interpret sales data and market trends to driveinformed decisionmaking.
    Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding salestargets.
