    Job Description

    Provides an efficient and responsive administrative, organisational, and logistical service to the MD and Leadership Team, consistent with the operating practices of the business.

    In collaboration with Communications Department as required, provides a variety of communications services related to the business.

    Administrative support
    • Provide efficient and effective support to the MD and Leadership Team
    • Maintain diary for MD to ensure timely and efficient meetings and travel
    • Travel coordination
    • Expense Reporting
    • Collating and formatting of information (e.g.- business plans, monthly reports)
    • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality
    • Any other administrative support as discussed and agreed with the MD
    • Organize board meetings as required (minute-taking, agenda preparation and follow-up of action points)
    • Prepare presentations and other information, on behalf of the MD as required
    • Accommodation, travel and meeting arrangements for all Consumer visitors and related Senior Management visits to Dubai and Middle East
    • Point of contact for Consumer Dubai Office, particularly in the absence of all/any Board Members
    • Support to Board Members within sphere of their work with MD

    Job Qualifications

    Education- University/Bachelors Degree or Equivalent. BA or BS highly preferable.

    Skill Sets and Competencies-
    • Internet and PC proficiency with advanced MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook skills
    • Related tertiary qualifications – well respected although not essential for this role
    • Extremely good grasp of English-language, written as well
    • A polished professional manner and highly developed communication skills
    • Analytical skills.
