    Are you a seasonedDesign Scheduler with a knack for coordinating multiple tasks,balancing priorities, and managing deadlines? We are in search of adynamic professional to join our team as a Permanent DesignScheduler. The ideal candidate will have a strong background indesign scheduling, client scheduling, and creative projectmanagement. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part ofa vibrant team, where you will have the chance to showcase yourskills and contribute to our ongoingsuccess.

    Responsibilities

    Asa Permanent Design Scheduler, you will be responsible for thefollowing

    • Managing andoverseeing the scheduling of all design projects to ensure thatthey are completed on time and withinbudget.
    • Collaborating with the design team andclients to establish project timelines andmilestones.
    • Utilizing advanced Excel andSmartsheets to maintain and update projectschedules.
    • Coordinating with variousdepartments to ensure all aspects of each project are insync.
    • Identifying potential schedulingconflicts and providing solutions to mitigate anyissues.
    • Monitoring project progress and makingnecessary adjustments to the schedule asneeded.
    • Providing regular updates tostakeholders on the status of designprojects.
    • Assisting in the development ofprocesses and procedures to improve efficiency and productivitywithin the design team.

    Qualifications

    Theideal candidate for this position will have the followingqualifications

    • A minimumof 3 years of experience in design scheduling, client scheduling,and creative project management.
    • Proficiency inusing advanced Excel and Smartsheets.
    • Strongorganizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projectssimultaneously.
    • Excellent problem-solvingskills with the ability to identify potential scheduling conflictsand provide effective solutions.
    • Strongcommunication skills with the ability to effectively communicateproject timelines and updates tostakeholders.
    • A keen eye for detail and acommitment to ensuring that all projects are completed on time andwithin budget.
    • A proactive approach to workwith the ability to anticipate potential issues and take necessaryaction to prevent them.
    • A team player with theability to collaborate effectively with various departments andstakeholders.
