    Intern - Executive Office - Dubai, United Arab Emirates - Accor- North & Central America

    Description
    • Assist in managing and supervisingadministrative and operational aspects of assigned projects fromproject award to completion.
    • Work on projectsrelated to operation improvements, guest satisfaction and marketresearch.
    • Work hand in hand with the GeneralManager's Personal Assistant & in-charge ofQuality for the fulfilment of assignedprojects.
    • Coordinate with Talent &Culture Department with reviewing the processes and making allnecessary amendments to be in line with the changing requirementsof the hotel.
    • Support the Finance Department inreviewing reports and internal controls in compliance with allpolicies.
    • Consistently offer professional,friendly and engaging service with internal and externalguests.
    • Actively re-evaluating internalspending's
    • Take active part in anyAccor related audit and leadself-assessment.
    • Conduct internal quality auditand prepare reports with findings.
    • Adaptworking with different sets of people and in different departmentsat any given day.
    • Main duty is to gain as muchknowledge of the organization, the culture, the workplace andprocesses.
    • Become aware of the internationalpolicies and practices of theorganization.
    • Spend time observing experiencedstaff of the organization in order to learn about the necessarymethods and procedures.
    • Involve the seniormanagement in setting goals andobjectives.
    • Monitor progress with the help ofkey staff of the organization.
    • Learn about theinner workings of the different departments of theorganization.
    • Follow hotel policies andprocedures.
