    Description

    PositionResponsibilities:

    • Assist, leads and oversees multiplecomplex, large-scale projects simultaneously with minimalguidance.
    • Manages project teams, resources,associated tasks, and daily operations utilizing program andproject management best practices; directs / delegates to ensureperformance to plan.
    • Oversees and monitorsprogress from initiation through completion to ensure schedule,budget, quality, and business objectives are met; helps to resolveissues and develops risk mitigation plans asneeded.
    • Assist in developing strategies toaddress highly complex problems and key regionalopportunities.
    • Assist and developsdifferentiated strategies, marketing communication strategies andmessages.
    • Recommends and implements strategies,strategic alliances, and partnerships to achieve businessobjectives.
    • Assist in the development andutilization of an in-depth understanding of customer business,culture, regulatory requirements, and country needs to capture newopportunities and recommends areas of alignment andintegration.
    • Assist and develops andprioritizes business opportunities for appropriate level ofinternal investments.
    • Monitors financialperformance, budgets, and costs for strategic initiative programsand projects; holds other project leaders accountable to financialtargets, budgets, and leads cost-reduction activities asneeded.
    • Works across multiple business units(marketing & sales, customer support, strategy,engineering, product development, training departments, supplychain, Boeing Global Services, Boeing International, BoeingEngineering, Test & Technology) to capture opportunities,understand project requirements, gain commitments, optimizecontributions, and achieve businessobjectives.
    • Help create, maintains, andadvances stakeholder relationships to build trust and strongpartnerships.
    • Able to develop and managescommunication tools, metrics, and reports, including executivebusiness strategy and initiative presentations, to support enhancedvisibility and stakeholder awareness.
    • Leadsformulation and recommendation of specific business objectives,strategies and plans.
    • Provides support andadvice on commercial campaign strategies asneeded.
    • Responsible for driving collaboration,integration, and alignment within the subgroups working with theGSC and GSI

    AdditionalInformation:

    • Be willing to work variable hours asneeded to interact with customers and colleagues in other regionsand time zones.
    • Travel requirement: Willingnessand ability to travel up to 50% of the time, internationally, ifrequired.

    Basic Qualifications(Required Skills/Experience):

    • 10+ years of Program/ProjectManagement experiences preferably in aviationindustry
    • Experience working across differentbusiness unites and disciplines to drive collaboration andresults
    • Be proficient using Microsoft OfficeProducts (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), SharePoint, andMicrosoft Project.
    • Proven experience in ProjectLeadership
    • Knowledge of Project ManagementConcepts and Principles and Project Management Processional (PMP)certificate
    • Language fluency in English andMandarin

    PreferredQualifications (DesiredSkills/Experience):

    • Bachelor's Degree and/orMaster's Degree highlypreferred
    • Experience building enduring andeffective relationships with C-suite, executives, seniormanagement, and team leaders to achieve business goals (bothinternal and external to anorganization)
    • Experience working withaviation-related government policies and/or regulatoryagencies
    • CAPM (Certified Associate of ProjectManagement) or PMP Certification
    • Experiencecoaching and mentoring teams is aplus
    • Excellent computing skills (MicrosoftOffice: PowerPoint, Visio, Project, Excel (pivot tables, macros),Access, etc)
    • Experience/knowledge of basicstatic webpage development (ASP, HTML, CSS,etc.)
    • Understanding of finance fundamentals(this is useful in understanding the expense report by basicaccounting principles)
    • Knowledge of Database,client configuration, SQL etc.
    • Knowledgeairlines/aviation industry is a plus
