    Description
    • Reviews and approves theConstruction Site Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) issued by EPCContractor and witnesses major activities selected by PMC to ensurethat the contraction work done properly and according toSpecification and Drawings.
    • Ensures that theEPC Contractor is implementing and following the Project QualityPlan and Inspection and Test Plans.
    • Monitorsand administers EPC Contractor quality performance through toachieving the Provisional Acceptance.
    • Reviewsand approves quality control reports for EPCContractor.
    • Review"WQT"," PQR" ,"WPS", "NDT Procedure andReports".
    • Initiates Non-ConformityReports (NCR) for any activity not complying with the Projectquality plan, programs, and procedures.
    • Reviewsthe Non-Conformity Reports, analyses the root cause (s), correctiveaction(s) and preventive action(s).
    • Ensurestimely closure of Construction SiteNCRs.
    • Ensures, checks, and signs InspectionRequest Form(s).
    • Ensures the application of andimplementation of the Project filingsystem.
    • Identifies a PMC Audit Schedule andperforms regular Audits on the EPCContractor.
    • Leads the weekly construction sitequality meetings with EPCContractor.
    • Participates in other ConstructionSite review meetings, as required.
    • Ensures thereview and timely submission of the Marked-Up As-Built drawings andavailability of all Final Documentation prior to the ProvisionalAcceptance.
    • Ensures and monitors thepreparation of the Test-Pack Dossiers, Mechanical CompletionDossiers and Ready for Start-up Dossiers, confirms approvals of allsigned-off inspection forms for system and Plant readiness beforehanding over from construction up to ProvisionalAcceptance.
    • Ensures the awareness andimplementation of the Quality Control Plans, programs and QualityAssurance procedures for the Construction Site activities withinthe framework of the Project Quality Management System.

    Qualification:-

    ABachelor's degree in Engineering (including but not limitedto Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Environmental, Chemical,Computer, Software, Electronic, Marine, Ship Captain etc.) orequivalent from an Accredited University.
