    Human Resources Administrative Assistant - Dubai, United Arab Emirates - ULTIMATE HUMAN RESOURCES SOLUTIONS LLC

    Description

    1. Reception duties - greeting guests, answering phone calls, serving drinks to guests, etc.

    2. Arranging letters/documents for mail delivery

    3. Scan documents to colleagues

    4. Save/recover old documents from Infofort

    5. Office/office supplies management

    6. Distribute postal mail to colleagues

    7. Registration of directors in various events such as FBC (French Business Council)

    8. Book meeting rooms

    9. Airline tickets/hotels/restaurants/event reservations

    10. Request business cards

    11. EFT management - parking, building/office access cards, exit permit, etc.

    12. Office Maintenance/Maintenance – Arranging repair of lights, switches, air conditioning, plants, etc.

    13. Renew the DCD live alert system subscription 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

    14. Contracts - IT, District Cooling, Office Cleaning, Electromechanical Engineering and Fire Alarm Systems, FBC, Hotels, Aramex, Infofort, Plants, etc.
