    Description
    • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
    • Architectural/Civil design or Project Management degree.
    • Minimum 4-5 years of experience working in the UAE.
    • Previous experience with a multi-discipline design consultancy firm or a similar role with a reputable contractor.
    • Strong knowledge of resources management and procurement strategies.
    • In-depth understanding of UAE authorities' requirements and approvals procedures.
    • General knowledge of Structural and MEP systems.
    • Specific experience in master planning for mega projects associated with hospitality, residential, and shopping malls.
    • Western-educated professional.

    Immediate Reporting Relationships:

    • Reports to: Managing Director, Project Director, or Senior Project Manager
    • Line Manager: Project Director or Senior Project Manager

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Ensure proper briefing of project team members on project scope, objectives, and basis of design.
    • Act as the principal point of contact with clients for the delivery of project services.
    • Coordinate with clients and/or their appointed representatives throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Attend client meetings and technical meetings chaired by the client's project management team.
    • Set up project administration and finance processes in accordance with company management systems and project-specific requirements.
    • Ensure project services are delivered in accordance with project agreements/contracts, meeting financial objectives.
    • Attend project coordination meetings as required.
    • Prepare project execution plans and project quality plans, monitoring the delivery of project services.
    • Develop and revise project team organization structures as needed.
    • Appoint and brief all required subconsultants for projects.
    • Execute day-to-day management of projects.
    • Prepare project progress reports and revise project schedules.
    • Monitor resources and generate resource planning data.
    • Prepare design changes and manage change management with clients as required.
    • Update project risk registers and review them with the Managing Director, Project Director, or Senior Project Manager.
    • Perform other duties and tasks as required, assigned, and/or instructed by the Managing Director, Project Director, and/or Senior Project Manager.
