    Ourclients main office is located in Clear Lake, TX, but this is ahigh-travel position.Only candidates with extreme flexibility areencouraged to apply.Once trained, this willtransfer into a hybrid position (3 days in office/2 daysremote).
    Responsibilities:
    • Transcribediscovery meetings inEnglish (andSpanish, ifapplicable), create discovery meeting reports and summaries andmake corrections or changes asnoted.
    • Required totravel (overnight) 1 to 4 week(s) amonth. Travel is normallydeparting (via plane) Sunday evening and returning the followingFriday.
    • Utilize excellent grammar,spelling and sentence structure inEnglish (and Spanish, ifapplicable) in reportwriting and conversing withclients.
    • Work with word processing,spreadsheets, and computersoftware.
    • Maintain strict adherenceto client confidentiality according to company standards andgovernment regulations
    • Reviewtranscription documents for quality assurance and precision to spotand correct any errors that could impact client risk andliability
    • Utilize templates andenter data for record-keeping andarchives


    Requirements

    • A4-year degree from an accredited institution or at least 5 years ofadministrative or relevant workexperience
    • Proficiency withMicrosoft Suites (Word, Excel,etc.)
    • Advanced typing and grammarskills in English (andSpanish, ifapplicable)
    • Abilityto navigate between multiple computerprograms
    • Excellent written andverbal communication skills inEnglish (and Spanish, ifapplicable)
    • Strongcritical thinking skills
    • Ability towork and thrive in a fast-pacedsetting
    • Punctual and reliabledisposition
    • Superb listening andtime management skills
    • Able to typeat least 45WPM
    • Must havereliabletransportation.
    • Someindustrial knowledge, construction, or previous oil and gasexperience is aPLUS.
