    Description
    • Stakeholder Identification:Identify and map relevant stakeholders, including governmententities, regulatory bodies, community organizations, projectpartners, and other stakeholders involved in transport andinfrastructure projects.
    • Stakeholder EngagementStrategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive stakeholderengagement strategy aligned with the company's objectivesand project requirements. Foster positive relationships and ensurestakeholders are engaged and informed throughout the projectlifecycle.
    • Communication Management: Establisheffective communication channels with stakeholders to facilitatetimely and accurate exchange of information. Coordinate regularmeetings, workshops, and presentations to update stakeholders onproject progress, milestones, and potentialimpacts.
    • Relationship Building: Build andnurture relationships with key stakeholders, including governmentauthorities, local communities, and project partners. Develop adeep understanding of their needs, concerns, and expectations andaddress them proactively to maintain positive stakeholderrelationships.
    • Conflict Resolution: Anticipateand address potential conflicts or issues that may arise betweenstakeholders or during project implementation. Work closely withproject teams to develop appropriate mitigation strategies andresolutions, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction and projectsuccess.
    • Regulatory Compliance: Stay updatedwith relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to transportand infrastructure projects in Abu Dhabi. Ensure compliance withlegal requirements and obtain necessary permits and approvals fromrelevant authorities.
    • Public Relations:Collaborate with the public relations team to develop effectivecommunication materials, press releases, and public announcementsrelated to project milestones, community engagement, andstakeholder involvement. Ensure accurate and consistent messagingto enhance the company'sreputation.
    • Stakeholder Analysis and Feedback:Conduct stakeholder analysis to understand their perspectives,needs, and concerns. Collect and analyze stakeholder feedbackthrough surveys, interviews, and other feedback mechanisms. Use theinsights gained to enhance stakeholder engagement strategies andimprove project outcomes.

    We'd love to hear from youif you have:

    • Education:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Public Relations,Communications, or a related field. Additional qualifications instakeholder management, community engagement, or public relationsare desirable.
    • Experience: Minimum of 8 yearsof experience in stakeholder management, public relations, orcommunity engagement, preferably in the transport andinfrastructure sector. Experience working with government entitiesand diverse stakeholder groups is highlyadvantageous.
    • Knowledge: Strong understandingof stakeholder management principles, public relations strategies,and community engagement practices. Familiarity with transport andinfrastructure projects, regulatory requirements, and governmentprocesses in Abu Dhabi.
    • Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English andArabic. Ability to tailor communication to different stakeholdergroups and effectively convey complexinformation.
    • Relationship Building: Proventrack record in building and maintaining positive relationshipswith diverse stakeholders. Ability to influence and negotiateeffectively, manage conflicts, and facilitate consensus amongstakeholders.
    • Strategic Thinking: Ability todevelop and implement strategic stakeholder engagement plansaligned with project goals. Strong analytical and problem-solvingskills to anticipate and address stakeholderconcerns.
