    Key job responsibilities
    • Sales Process Management: Leadcontinuous improvement of sales processes ensuring alignment withbusiness objectives and best practices.
    • Monitorthe endtoend sales process identifying bottlenecks andopportunities for streamlining to enhance operational efficiency.Collaborate with the sales team to gather feedback and insights torefine and optimize sales workflows.
    • DataAnalysis and Reporting: Analyze sales data performance metrics andtrends to provide actionable insights for the sales team and seniormanagement. Develop and maintain sales dashboards and reports thattrack key performance indicators (KPIs) to support datadrivendecisionmaking. Identify patterns and anomalies in sales datatranslating findings into strategicrecommendations.
    • CrossFunctional Collaboration:Collaborate with various departments including finance marketingand customer support to ensure seamless communication and alignmentof processes that impact sales operations. Act as a liaison betweensales and other departments to address operational challenges andimplement solutions.
    • Own and oversee trademanagement operations including accurate monitoring. Ensure thattrade marketing initiatives are properly executed and closed withinthe budget. Track the whole submission process to verify thatactivities are correctly submitted in the system and that suitablesubmission criteria are followed for eachactivity.
