    PositionSummary: Our client has anexciting opportunity for a Structure Foreman with successful andprogressive experience in performing thefield planning and production of all types of roadway relatedconstruction as directed by theSuperintendent.


    Responsibilities:

    • Organizeand plan the work with theSuperintendent
    • Directoversight responsibility of time sheets for labor and equipment, aswell as daily reports complete with quantitiesworked
    • Review,maintain, and monitor crew s productivity and goalsdaily
    • Enforcequality control and Company safety policies in all aspects of thework
    • Followthe project construction process to ensure that work is completedontime
    • Conductdaily huddles, stretching exercises, and weekly Tool Box Talk withcrew
    • Providejob hazard analysis prior to new workactivities
    • Developmaterial handling plan withSuperintendent
    • Ensurethat delivery receipts are collected and submitted to fieldengineers

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    • Thesuccessful candidate shallhavea minimum of 5 yearsexperience as a foremanworking on roadway relatedconstruction
    • Musthave knowledge of calculating and setting grades, of all types ofroadway construction equipment and forming systems associated withroadwayconstruction
    • Havea valid drivinglicense
    • OSHA10certified


    Qualifications: The successful candidate shall have a minimum of 5years experience as a foreman working on roadway relatedconstruction Must have knowledge of calculating and setting grades,of all types of roadway construction equipment and forming systemsassociated with roadway construction Have a valid driving licenseOSHA 10 certified
