    Description
    • Contribute to the digital and e-commerce strategy, actively participating in its creation.
    • Ensure timely execution of strategic initiatives, collaborating with various teams for qualitative output.
    • Extract and analyze data, propose valuable analysis, and identify areas for website performance improvement.
    • Benchmark other digital channels, providing key insights to management.
    • Generate insights from digital data, aiding the department's understanding of digital channel visitors.
    • Produce accurate and timely reports, maintaining existing tools and suggesting new ones.
    • Execute data collection projects, identify technology gaps, and report on technology trends.
    • Participate in UX/UI projects, internal testing, and end-customer testing of digital releases.
    • Develop partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, supporting project delivery.
    • Challenge and enhance content for web pages, ensuring its compelling nature.
    • Execute digital marketing and CRM actions as instructed, addressing gaps in acquisition strategies.
    • Implement SEO/SEM configurations and raise timely purchase requests.
    • Maintain a positive attitude and align with the department culture.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    Essential:

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing or digital marketing.
    • At least 3-5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in travel and leisure.
    • Demonstrable experience in leading UX/UI, development, SEO/SEM, CRM, and digital strategy initiatives.
    • Working knowledge of enterprise CMS and GA4.
    • Familiarity with the latest SEO strategies.

    Desirable:

    • Basic coding/code analysis experience is advantageous.
    • Familiarity with Invision, Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch is a plus.
    • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud apps is advantageous.
    • Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic is advantageous but not required.
