    Responsibilities

    • Oversee and manage all aspects ofproduction, ensuring that products are manufactured on schedule,within budget, and to the highest standards ofquality.
    • Implement and maintain leanmanufacturing practices, driving efficiency and costsavings.
    • Lead continuous improvementinitiatives, identifying opportunities for improvement andimplementing effective solutions.
    • Ensure thehighest standards of safety are maintained at all times,implementing and enforcing safety policies andprocedures.
    • Develop and manage productionschedules to ensure timely delivery ofproducts.
    • Oversee budgeting and financialplanning for the production department, managing costs andidentifying opportunities for financialimprovement.
    • Manage and develop ahigh-performing production team, providing training and developmentopportunities as needed.
    • Collaborate with otherdepartments and stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of theproduction process.
    • Monitor and report onproduction performance, providing regular updates to seniormanagement.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in BusinessManagement, Finance, Engineering, or a relatedfield.
    • Minimum of 3 years' experiencein plant production management, preferably in the Manufacturingindustry.
    • Proven experience with leanmanufacturing practices and continuous improvementinitiatives.
    • Strong knowledge of budgeting andfinancial planning in a productionenvironment.
    • Excellent understanding of safetypractices and regulations in a productionsetting.
    • Outstanding leadership and teammanagement skills, with a proven ability to motivate and develop ahigh-performing team.
    • Excellent problem-solvingskills, with a proven ability to identify and implement effectivesolutions.
    • Strong communication andinterpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborateeffectively with a range ofstakeholders.
    • Highly organized, with excellenttime management skills and the ability to manage multiplepriorities effectively.
