- Attend interviews,along with hiring managers, provide feedback to TalentAcquisition
- Coordinate between hiring managersand Talent Acquisition on the candidate selectionprocess
- Serve as point of contact for selectedcandidates in terms of visa processing, required documents, date ofjoining, onboarding schedule, etc.
- Coordinatewith internal resources to create and execute an effectiveonboarding schedule for newjoiners.
