    Role andResponsibilities

    PerformanceManagement:

    • Consult with businessunits on goal setting and modification
    • Serve asliaison between business units and People Team resources to ensureon-time completion of annual performance evaluationprocess.
    • Consult with business units onappropriate use of Performance Improvement Plans forunder-performingemployees.

    Recruitment andOnboarding:

    • Coordinate between TalentAcquisition resources and business units on the completion of thevacancy requisition process
    • Attend interviews,along with hiring managers, provide feedback to TalentAcquisition
    • Coordinate between hiring managersand Talent Acquisition on the candidate selectionprocess
    • Serve as point of contact for selectedcandidates in terms of visa processing, required documents, date ofjoining, onboarding schedule, etc.
    • Coordinatewith internal resources to create and execute an effectiveonboarding schedule for newjoiners.
