- Ensure annual definition ofbudgets working collaboratively with necessary stakeholdersfollowing HQ objectives and maximizing results from investments andavailable resources.
- Work with the Regionaldirector and individual Managers to develop the regional strategy,in alignment with overall ambitions of theCompany
- Ensure the achievement of the businessgoals in terms of sales and KPIs of the managed territory andguarantee the achievement of sales plans and of cost budgets,improving manpower related costefficiency.
- Build a strong network with localand/or country stakeholders in order to enhance new businessopportunities.
- Develop the local market,identifying potential retail locations and opportunities for storedevelopment, negotiating terms and maintaining relationship withlandlords.
- Work with ME&A Operationsteams to deliver service in line with ECCO's values andapproach to premium quality Brand. Support, coach and develop storemanagement to drive sales and meet key performance indicators,while managing expenses to increaseprofitability.
- Ensure, through mentoring andleadership of the sales and have a strong succession planningthrough coaching and developing of existing staff and recruitmentof external talent
- Support to recruit, developand deploy effectively the sales force that is working withup-to-date sales tools and Trainingprograms
- Oversee business measurements:traffic, conversion, units per transaction, sell thru; sales , gross margin, productivity per
- Liaise with Operations to ensure efficientorder taking and processing stocks to guarantee optimum inventoryat stores.
- Visit the stores on a regular basisand identify areas for development. Create action plans for theOperations Team in terms of clear objectives, deliverables,timelines and follow ups.
- Enhance Brand Imagethrough VM, merchandising, sales staffs grooming across thestores.
- Partnering with key stakeholders inRegional Office and Group Head Office to ensure support to theneeds of the Market
- Monitor, report and adjustto the trends and risks of the footwear industry acrossME&A
- Maintain a positive attitude andprovide leadership by example in line with ECCO's valuesand leadership principles.
