    WHAT WILL YOU DO

    Join our team as a Business Developer for the Middle East & Africa region you willplay a pivotal role in growing our regional presence. You will be collaboratingclosely with the Regional Manager based in Malm and lead the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities with a primary focus on Retail Foodservice and Ecommerce expansion through key account and distributor management.

    In this dynamic role your purpose will be to achieve budgeted targets and drive revenue growth by cultivating relationships with key clients partners and distributors. You willidentify and negotiate strategic partnerships aligned with company objectives enhancing brand visibility and market share.As a Business Developer you will be instrumental in shaping our expansion strategies ensuring a strong and sustainable presence in MEA markets.

    Heres the main elements of the role...

    • Develop and implement omnichannel strategies to acquire new clients ensuring satisfaction and retention in Retail Foodservice & Ecommerce.
    • Collaborate with internal (marketing sales operations) and external (Distributors) teams for a cohesive approach in addressing Retail Foodservice and Ecommerce.
    • Represent the brand at events conferences and networking opportunities to enhance brand awareness and credibility.
    • Forecast and achieve sales targets contributing significantly to the organizations financial success.

    The role is based in Dubai.
