    What's OnYour Plate?

    • Managing PL & Importportfolio at the National level (responsibility for salesPerformance, profitability, availability, inventory, in appavailability and merchandising)
    • Leading countryin managing local PL & Import suppliers, fullresponsibility over suppliers relationship, sourcing new potentialsuppliers, while extending theportfolio
    • Leading private label development& Import process for new items (assortment selection,suppliers sourcing, packaging creation and launch preparation):multiple projects at the same time
    • Necessaryskill set:
    • CategoryManagement
    • Strong understanding of Commercial4Ps (Pricing, Promotion, Presentation,Product)
    • Strong analytical skills - monitoringof import & PL portfolio performance for the whole Country(sales, profitability, availability, inventories etc.), extractinginsights from the data to improve and optimize PL performanceacross the country (action plan recommendations for localmarket)
    • Easiness to work with the data& various data tools and ease of presenting data in acompelling/concise way.
    • Suppliers management(negotiations, on-boarding, maintaining good relations) - bothlocal and international suppliers
    • BrandBuilding
    • Strong project management skillsrelated to import & leading private label developmentprocess for new items
    • Ability to workefficiently with external creative agency (packagingcreation)
    • Assuring maintenance of a consistentbrand image of PL portfolio across the region (packaging standards,communication/promotional standards etc.), keeping local markets inline with regional guidelines and countrytargets
    • Knowledgeable of UAE import regulationsand processes, able to register products with local Food &Non-Food authorities, Managing relations with clearingageant.
    • Others
    • Great eyefor details while managing new PL items development processes (lotsof steps, grasping knowledge from different areas like legal,quality, design)
    • Impeccable time managementskills in order to push all the projects efficiently and make surethat other stakeholders involved are following agreedtimelines
    • Arabic speaker would be a big help inchecking Arabic language used on the labels of all PL &import items
    • This roleshould:
    • based on sales data take actions tooptimize/uplift the import & PL portfolio'sperformance in UAE
    • based on the service leveland inventory stocks (final product & packaging) takeactions to optimize the logistics and make sure that we never runout of stock .
    • analyzecommunication/promotional activities and take actions to optimizethem, share best practices across theregion
    • create and execute differentnegotiations strategies to assure manufacturers for all partnersproject (we are still a growing business with limited volumes tosecure, so it can be very challenging to find suppliers willing tobe flexible in the areas that are crucial for us - core exampleMOQs)
