Job Summary

We areseeking a reliability/Mechanical Engineer to join the producingmaintenance division.The organization handles all reliabilityactivities for all rotating equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Be accountable for the reliability ofdesignated areas rotating equipment
• Conducttroubleshooting and failure analysis for critical or majorequipment issues
• Coordinate with internal andexternal stakeholders for equipmentrelated matters
• Review and update maintenance strategy annually foroptimization
• Coordinate with workshops toreview machinery repair procedures and work scopes
• Assess and add necessary work for rotating equipmentduring Turnaround & Inspection (T&I)
• Identify and implement new technologies for proactivemaintenance
• Review Engineering Requestpackages for machinery modifications or upgrades
• Calculate and update monthly and yeartodate asset KeyPerformance Indicators (KPIs)
• Issue monthlyreliability program reports updating equipment healthprogress
• Follow up on the areas EquipmentMaintenance Program (EMP) and trends
• Establisha fault analysis database for assets ensuring data completeness andupdates
• Approve SAP equipment maintenancehistory records for failed rotating equipment
• Investigate trips on critical equipment to identify rootcauses and propose solutions
• OverseePreventive Maintenance (PM) Predictive Maintenance (PdM) ProactiveMaintenance (PaM) and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM)programs
• Conduct life cycle cost analysis forbad actors and expensive repairs

Requirements:

• This role required candidate topermanently relocate at Dhahran SaudiArabia.
• Hold a Bachelors degreein Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum of 5 yearsexperience preferably in the oil gas or similar processindustry
• Extensive experience in rotatingequipment and reliability functions
• Comprehensive knowledge and practical experience introubleshooting investigation and failure mode analysis
• Familiarity with reliability programs
• Full knowledge of international standards and practicesrelated to maintenance and reliability
• Possessvalid internationally recognized professional certifications suchas CMRP or any reliability certificate
